Business Development Officer Job Description:

The ideal person will ensure the business development and marketing goals of the institution are met:

  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with management to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities
  • Create and improve proposals for existing and new clients
  • Develop and deliver pitches for potential clients
  • Provide training and mentoring to members of the business development team

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of HND/BSc. in marketing, Business Administration or any other relevant field in management and social science oriented disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience
  • Good communication skills (Listening, oral and written)
  • Marketing skills
  • Service and market development skills
  • Client engagement and excellent presentation skills

Customer Care Officer Job Description:

The ideal candidate will

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the visitors and clients of the institution
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring enquiries.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and departmental directories; giving instructions.
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing required goals as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be a female
  • Minimum of HND/BSc. in relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years cognate experience
  • Excellent telephone Skills
  • Good communication Skills (Listening, oral and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Offices
  • Good interpersonal and customer relation skill
  • Organization skill


Internship Placement

Business Development Interns

The ideal person will work with the business development officer to ensure the business development and marketing goals of the institution are met by being the ambassador of the school on their respective campuses.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Good communication skills (listening, oral and written)
  • Passion for training and development
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Demonstrate a great work ethics with ability to work with and without supervision.
  • Must be result driven

Administrative Interns

The idea person will carry the administrative tasks of the organization while working closely with the administrative department.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Pay attention to details
  • Must be organised and excellence oriented

Social Media/Digital Marketing Interns

The idea candidate will manage social media content and posts, digital marketing, blog management, article, client engagement and customer service. The ideal person must be detailed and must for perfect client engagement.

The working hours are flexible. Cognate experience will be an added advantage for all interns.
